1. Information We Collect
When you use PropFirm Terminal, we collect:
- Account information: Email address and password (managed by Supabase Auth).
- Financial data you provide: Challenge fees, payout amounts, expense records, firm details, wallet addresses, and invoice data. This data is entered or imported by you.
- Imported documents: Bank statements, screenshots, CSV, and Excel files you upload for AI-powered transaction parsing. These are processed in memory and not permanently stored on our servers.
- Payment information: Subscription billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
- Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited and feature usage to improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the PropFirm Terminal service: dashboards, bookkeeping, invoices, firm rankings, and AI advisor responses.
- To sync your data securely across devices via Supabase.
- To process subscription payments via Stripe.
- To parse imported documents using AI (Anthropic Claude) for transaction extraction.
- To power the Ledger AI chatbot using your financial context.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate PropFirm Terminal:
- Supabase — Authentication and database storage.
- Stripe — Subscription billing and payment processing.
- OpenAI — Powers the Ledger AI chatbot. Your financial summary is sent to generate responses.
- Anthropic — Powers the Smart Import feature. Uploaded documents are sent for AI-based parsing.
- Vercel — Application hosting and deployment.
- Alchemy — Blockchain data for Rise/Tron/Ethereum payout sync (wallet addresses only).
4. Data Retention
Your financial data is retained in your account for as long as you maintain an active subscription. If you delete your account, all associated data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
5. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Supabase with industry-standard encryption. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal or financial data to any third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access all data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Export your data.
