Which prop firms are supported?

All Major Firms. We are adding firms regularly, you can also add your firm in the 'Manage Firms' Section.

How does Smart Import work?

Upload screenshots, PDFs, CSVs, or bank statements. AI extracts transaction data automatically — Expenses, payouts, dates.

Can Ledger AI replace my accountant?

No. Ledger AI is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice. It can help you organize your numbers and prepare for conversations with your accountant, but you should always consult a qualified professional for filing and compliance decisions.

Can I generate income reports?

Yes. The Bookkeeping Center generates detailed reports with quarterly breakdowns, firm-by-firm P&L, and a full transaction ledger. Export as CSV or PDF.

How is ROI calculated?

ROI = (Total Payouts − Total Challenge Fees) / Total Challenge Fees. It tells you how much you’re earning back for every dollar spent on challenges.

Can I share my trading performance?

Yes. Generate a performance certificate showing your ROI, net P&L, and time period — perfect for sharing on social media or with mentors.

Do I need to enter every transaction manually?

No. Use Smart Import to upload documents, or connect your Rise, TRON, or Ethereum wallet for automatic sync. Manual entry is always available too.

How do wallet integrations work?

Add your Rise, TRON, or Ethereum wallet address in your profile. PropFirm Terminal polls the blockchain and automatically imports new payouts and transfers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your subscription is managed securely through Stripe’s billing portal.

What happens when my trial ends?

After 5 days, you’ll need to subscribe at $29/month to keep using the platform. Your data stays safe — just subscribe to pick up where you left off.

Do you support non-USD currencies?

Yes. Set any of 30+ reporting currencies — EUR, GBP, AED, CAD, and more. Your dashboard, charts, bookkeeping reports, and CSV/PDF exports all convert automatically using historical exchange rates. You can also enter payout and expense amounts directly in your local currency.
